Join us aboard the Victory Rover for the Harborfest Parade of Sail!
After a tour of the harbor and Norfolk Naval Station we will join in with the Parade of Sail as it returns to Town Point Park. In the parade will be work boats, Navy and Coast Guard vessels, tug boats and visiting sailing ships.
