Rover Marine, Inc. (“Rover Marine”) operates various websites (our “Sites”) as well as search services (“Search Services”) under agreements with specific partners (“Identified Partners”) through which personal information may be collected.   • Clear GIFs (a.k.a. web bugs, beacons or tags) are small graphic images placed on a web page, web-based document, or in an email message. Clear GIFs are invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the web page, document or email message. We do not use clear GIFs to collect personal information about you. However, we may use clear GIFs to capture statistical usage information for our web pages, features or other elements on a web page. Sales Policy


In most cases, tickets sold by Rover Marine, Inc. are not refundable or exchangeable. Tickets that will not be used by a patron may be returned to the Rover Marine, Inc Ticket Office as a gift which can either be given to a patron or re-sold at the discretion of the Ticket Office and with the donors’ consent. If an event is rescheduled, patrons may receive a refund for their ticket if they are not able to attend the event on the rescheduled date.


We do not ship purchases. All purchases will be held at our Ticket Office on the day of the event. If you would prefer to collect your tickets in advance, you can do so by stopping by our Ticket Office located at the Nauticus Museum, 1 Waterside Dr., Norfolk. Call 757-627-7406 for hours

  • We typically cruise rain or shine. Our lower deck is enclosed and climate controlled so you’re not going to get wet. If conditions are dangerous or rains are heavy enough that we have visibility issues, we do call everyone who has a reservation to let them know of the cancellation

  • We accept Discover Card, Master Card, Visa and American Express, as well as cash and travelers checks.

  • Casual attire is what is most commonly worn on our cruise.
