The Victory Rover Naval Base Cruise is the most popular sight seeing tour in the area – offering a front row seat to all of the sights of the Port of Virginia and Naval Station Norfolk – the World’s Largest Naval Base.
Add the fleet of Tall Ships in port for Sail 250® Virginia to the tour and you are guaranteed an unforgettable experience!
After we get underway the captain will offer a tour of the inner harbor, pointing out the visiting Tall Ships docked in Norfolk and Portsmouth. We will continue on the calm waters of the Elizabeth River into the Port of Virginia and ultimately to Naval Station Norfolk – home of the Atlantic Fleet.
When the Captain’s tour has ended you can sit back and relax as we cruise back to our dock in Downtown Norfolk.

Boarding begins 15 Minutes Prior to the cruise. Boat will be docked at Wisky Dock – Between the Battleship Wisconsin and Freemason Condos – You can check in with the QR code from your email confirmation.
