Victory Rover Naval Base Cruises at Nauticus will be doing a special Fireworks cruise at 8pm on Wednesday, July 4th.  Cost is $25for adults and $15 for Children.  We will offer an abbreviated version of our popular narrated Naval Base Cruise and return downtown in time for the Fireworks show.   The Victory Rover will also be offering 2 Hour Narrated tours of the Norfolk Naval Base and Hampton Road’s harbor at 11am, 2pm and 5:30pm.    Guests are entertained by a fascinating commentary as they cruise in comfort.  Cost for regular Naval Base Cruises is $20 for adults and $12 for children. The Victory Rover is licensed by the Coast Guard to carry up to 149 passengers. Reservations can be made by calling 757-627-7406.
