May 21, 2010 Norfolk Festevents Announces
Towne Bank Fountain Park
Wednesday Fountain Field Days Weekly Series
Starting June 2, 2010 11am-3pm Daily. FREE & open to the Public
Norfolk, Virginia (May 21, 2010) – June has finally arrived, and what a great way to celebrate the start of summer at Wednesday’s Fountain Field Days at the Towne Bank Fountain Park, Town Point Park, on the downtown Norfolk, Virginia waterfront. Starting the first Wednesday in June from 11am - 3pm come out and enjoy the interactive fountain, music, performances, and children's activities!
Wednesday, June 2, 2010 Norfolk Festevents, Ltd. will commemorate this event with FREE entertainment and activities from scrapbooking with Creative Memories, backyard lawn games, kiddie-fun exercising with Stretch N’ Grow, an incredible performance by Excalibur Gymnastics, relay races and contests, storytelling with Barnes & Noble, and in honor of June’s “National Candy Month” a Free Candy Giveaway! So come out and enjoy the afternoon fun with family and friends at Towne Bank Fountain Park. Omar’s Fountain Café will be serving tasty outdoor summer foods and beverages for purchase. Picnic spreads are welcome.
